Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We have a beautiful and sunny 3-bedroom house on the North Shore of Auckland with a large garden and massive playroom downstairs. It is elevated with sea views, all day sun and offers a fabulous place to relax and play.
Perfect for families of all shapes and size. We are just a 6 min walk away to our beautiful and save local beach, amazing coastal walkways and local cafes. A 5 min drive brings you to even more stunning beaches, bush walks, great cafes and restaurants and Auckland CBD (20min).
The main living space is on the upper level - with an open plan layout connecting lounge, kitchen dinning area and play area. The living area opens out onto our large wooden deck where there is a covered BBQ area and seating.
We love our fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, hob and many other appliances - I love to cook!) which is open to the dining and living room.
We have one large master bedroom and one kids room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a king-single bed including a pull out trundle
There are two bathrooms, all with showers and one has a bathtub as well.
The house has plenty of space and toys to keep kids entertained but also separate space for adults to relax.
The garden extends up the back and has a trampoline and is a good space for running around or chilling out. \
Our street is quiet and sunny and the neighbourhood is very friendly.
There is also an outdoor spa pool to soak in after a day’s sightseeing.

Our home is situated 6 minutes walk to two lovely swimming beaches, Mairangi Bay and Murrays Bay. There is a surf club at Mairangi Bay which patrols the beach at weekends in summer and a world renowned sailing club at Murrays Bay and a
There are lovely walking tracks along the cliffs and beaches both north and south of us as we are on the route of the Te Araroa walkway, the 23 kilometre North Shore Coastal Walk from Long Bay to Devonport.
The charming Mairangi Bay Village shops are a three minute walk from home with a number of sidewalk cafes to choose from and a variety of restaurants. There are enticing gift shops, upmarket apparel boutiques, pharmacies, stationers, hairdressers, a florist, a wineshop, Post Shop, a Countdown supermarket, banks with ATMs and a medical centre.
The nearest golf club, Pupuke, is five minutes away but there are others to choose from within 10 minutes drive.
Also ten minutes away is the Albany Megacentre, New Zealand's largest shopping centre and ten minutes in the other direction is Takapuna, a major shopping and commercial hub on the North Shore.
There are a number of cinema complexes from seven to fifteen minutes drive.
Downtown Auckland is twenty minutes drive away and offers the Viaduct Harbour, built for the America's Cup, the Sky Tower, Sky City Casino, Kelly Tarleton's Underwater World, the Aotea Centre which is the hub of Aucklands theatre scene, the Auckland Museum and Art Gallery. All the harbour excursions depart from the Downtown Ferry Terminal and these include trips to Waiheke Island, famous for its vineyards, cafes and restaurants, Tiritiri Island bird sanctuary, Rangitoto Island (Auckland's icon, a 600 year old volcano), sailing trips on an America's Cup yacht and dolphin watching. All the gulf islands have lovely walking and hiking trails.
Across the other side of Auckland are the stunning west coast surf beaches, Piha and Muriwai where there is also a gannet colony, and there are beautiful bush walks in the Waitakere Ranges near there. Many West Auckland vineyards welcome visitors for wine tasting and meals.
The Hauraki Gulf is a boatie's paradise with excellent fishing and diving around the shoreline and islands. Auckland is known as the City of Sails and the America's Cup has twice been sailed within view of our home. Kayaking on the harbour is also very popular.
We are very near the Northern Motorway for easy travel north to the hot pools at Waiwera, further north to historic Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands, and yet further to Ninety Mile Beach and Cape Reinga where the Pacific Ocean meets the Tasman Sea.
The Southern Motorway will take you south to the renowned gloworm caves at Waitomo and New Zealand's thermal wonderland, Rotorua with its thermal geysers and bubbling mud pools, and beautiful Lake Taupo, renowned for its trout fishing and nearby mountains and ski fields.
Public transport is just 2 min walk away in Mairangi Bay offering a regular bus service into Auckland city.
