Our home is a detached 4 bed family home situated in a quiet cul de sac off the Howth Road in Raheny Dublin.
We over look St Annes Park the second largest park in Dublin City. We have a medium sized garden with 2 patio areas and a small front garden with room for car parking.
Our home has 4 bedrooms. We like to keep our room and en-suite private, however are open to discussion.
There is a full bathroom with shower upstairs. THERE IS ONLY a WC downstairs.
Our en-suite has a shower and bath..

within easy reach of Dublin city with several bus and DART ( train) options 2 minutes away.
We are 20 minutes by taxi to Dublin Airport.
You are a 5 minute drive from the coast and beaches in Clontarf and 15 minutes from the city center.
We are 15 minutes drive from Howth village or a short bus ride, or a decent walk.
The area has several restaurants, boutiques, and shopping opportunities.
St Annes Park is conveniently situated for walking and has a large rose garden, with markets each weekend (great food for breakfast and lunch)and a restaurant.
Also a large childrens playground, public pitch and putt and tennis courts and boules.
St Annes Golf Club and Royal Dublin Golf club are 5/10 minutes drive from our house. Also a public course in Howth Deer park
There are lots of cycling areas.
The Dart ..local Dublin train..is 5 minutes away to take you across Dublin north and south side.

As this is our primary home we prefer to keep our bedroom and ensuite private. We have 3 bedrooms outside of ours. If necessary we can discuss.
We prefer stays of 3 days or more. We tend to decline requests for an overnight stay prior to or departure to airport
