Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
My flat is located in a beautiful area in Milan close to the city centre and to one little river called Naviglio Martesana with a nice strolling park and biking path.
Supermarkets, nice restaurants and aperitivo bars are 5-10 mins walking.
The flat has 2 bedrooms with a big bed, we can fit easily 4 people.
Kitchen with all amenities, bathroom and living room.
The flat is newly renovated, on the 3rd floor of a classic Milanese building dated 1930 - there’s a lift.
This is our home, we have taken lot of care on renovating it but pls keep in mind this is not a hotel. We also ask to be respectful of the house and our personal belongings while staying here.
Very convenient to the airport and central station to reach other italian cities and enjoy Italy.
+++ NB: as we live there need to plan things ahead so pls don’t send last minute requests for staying some days. We are looking for swaps at least 5 days long. Thank you!
++ NO GP or reciprocal exchanges during SALONE DEL MOBILE
+++ I ask a contribution of €60 for cleaning
