Our charming Cape Cod home is in the heart of it all in Falmouth, MA. Walking distance to so many amazing places! Our home has one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. It is beautifully decorated with a new kitchen! There is an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach and a deck outside! Walk to downtown where there are shops and restaurants or walk to Surf Drive beach or the glistening Falmouth harbor where there are more restaurants to choose from. Hop on the beautiful Shining Sea bike path and head down to historic Woods Hole. The ferry to the Marthas Vineyard is also a short walk away!

Our home is located in the heart of beautiful, historic Falmouth, Ma. We are in walking distance to downtown where you will find many quaint shops and delicious restaurants. We are also a short walk to Surf Drive beach and Falmouth Harbor where you will find more restaurants and the Island Queen which will take you on a short ferry ride to Marthas Vineyard! The Shining Sea bike path is a short bike ride away and leads to the quaint, historic fishing village of Woods Hole! You will love all that this Cape Cod home has to offer!
