This delightful detached house is located on the hook peninsula at the tip of Co Wexford To see exact location put in Y34 CK22. House non smoking and not suitable for children .
It is 10km from lovely fishing village of Fethard-on-Sea or Dincannon both of which have supermarkets, pubs abd restaurants. It is less than half a mile from the oldest operating lighthouse in Ireland where you can get tours or enjoy fabulous coffee , craft beers and traditional Irish food . Sea food chowder or crab salad are amazing.
The house has the wow factor and attention to every detail has been taken care of….just perfect for a relaxing break away from it all holiday or weekend break
Upstairs the master bedroom is very comfortable with king-size bed and plenty of storage. And adjoins the main bathroom where there is a free standing bath , large shower and toilet /sink .
Downstairs there is a further king bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom on this level. the lounge with TV is upstairs with magnificent views over to dunmore east/passage east . The dining area and fully equipped kitchen is a welcoming and attractive open plan area opening out to the patio outside, which has gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.
Gardens are mature and is a great place for BBQing, sipping wine on the patio. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, a Chimena for lovely fires in the evening. Parking available on site.
3 Beaches within 7 min drive of the house plus loads of historical sites and places to eat within 5 to 10 mins
Car is essential .
This house is very much a getaway from it all.

Please note this house is in remote part of Co Wexford and is a real getaway from it all . No shops or pubs are in walking distance
