2 cozy Queen sized beds and a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 bathrooms, each with a complete tub and shower (but not wheelchair accessible), great big closets and a washer and dryer. A fully outfitted kitchen with all the pots & pans you'll need. A 55" TV with Youtube TV subscription, great wifi and the ability to plug in your own Netflix, Hulu or Prime subscriptions. An elevator to make loading in and out easy, and a quiet building where neighbors are respectful (and expect the same of guests).
HUGE windows overlooking the city, exposed brick and stainless steel. Walk 1 block to The Peace Center or The Swamp Rabbit Trail, 2 blocks to stunning Falls Park, and be surrounded by fantastic restaurants, festivals, outdoor concerts, shows and shopping.
Parking for one car in attached garage included. Other cars can park here at Public rate. E-chargers in garage too!
This property is a Short Term Rental which I advertise on multiple platforms. I employ professional cleaners and will require a 75$ cleaning fee to prepare the property after you check out (so no cleaning necessary!) As a Professional Host, you can be confident in the knowledge that I have carefully prepared check in and check out instructions as well as a Guidebook for your use. I use coded doors, programmed with a private code to allow you 24/7 private access.
I’m available to my guests 24/7 by phone or text. Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11 am.

This building is 1/2 block off Main St and about 2 blocks from the falls, right in the most action packed part of Main St; the farmers market on Saturdays, outdoor
concerts all summer long, festivals, great restaurants - all the fun stuff happens right here! The Swamp Rabbit Trail is only a 1/2 block away too.
My guests love being able to park their car and walk to all the fun spots in downtown Greenville. I recommend you park in the attached parking garage (I give you a parking pass for one car) and then walk if your mobility level allows. We have so much to see that it’s nicest to take it all in slowly.
If you get tired, we have a free trolley which covers several routes around the downtown area. There is a stop outside the condo building (at Court and River St) and another one at the corner of Main St in front of The Westin Hotel (corner of Main and Court St)
There are also Main St Taxi’s. These are solar powered golf carts which just serve the Main St area.
And of-course, regular Taxis and Ubers are also available
