Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We have a four bedroom/3 full bath house with a private yard in a lovely neighborhood just steps away from a park that includes playground, basketball court, sledding and the best view of Boston around. We are a short subway ride from the city of Boston, many Universities and Colleges, and our home is within easy reach of the rocky coastline of Maine, the gorgeous White Mountains of New Hampshire, and miles-long sand beaches on Cape Cod.
The first floor has an open living room w/beautiful wood trim and a gas-insert fireplace, a kitchen/dining area that can easily accommodate 8 for a meal, and one full bath. We have a back yard deck with seating and a grill. The second floor has three bedrooms (one twin bed, 2 queen beds) and another full bath. The third floor has a full bath/master bedroom (king) and a daybed. For home entertainment, we have the following:
• a flat screen TV
• WiFi (fiber optic)
• board games
• weights, yoga ball, exercise bands
The basement has a high efficiency clothes washer and dryer with space to hang clothes to dry.
Our Lexus Sedan is usually available to trade - it seats 5 people. Please note we do charge a one-time fee of $210 for house cleaning after your stay.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Arlington is very close to Boston but is not as urban as Cambridge or other neighboring towns, with a thriving downtown area. We live on a street with great neighbors just a few steps from a park with an amazing view of the Boston skyline that has a playground, basketball court, sledding and green space, and is a 5 minute walk from a beautiful wooded park with a fishing/skating pond, another playground, and walking paths. You can also walk or bike to nearby grocery stores, many fun restaurants, a theater, a gorgeous library, & the Minuteman Bikeway (a great bicycle path for exploring the area). Just a little further away (short bike rides or drives) are the local swimming pond, an Audubon Sanctuary for walks and wildlife viewing, a large pond for kayaking & canoeing, & the Mystic River (walking and boating).
