Custom built by Lloyd Homes, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac lot, with the outdoor living space of your dreams!
Our home features a saltwater pool (can be heated), hot tub, built-in fire-pit, outdoor kitchen, kids’ playset, large yard, and woods to explore. We see deer and bunnies almost daily! Take peaceful walks or bike rides through the interconnecting neighborhoods and enjoy the local parks, greenways, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, museums, concerts and more, just a short drive away!
Matt and Melissa are excited to offer their home for exchange, as they explore new places and cultures, with their two kids, Quentin (12) and Violet (7).
We know staying connected is important, so our home offers Wifi Internet, with boosters on both floors.

We will kennel our two dogs during your stay and are also able to kennel our cat, unless you're a cat lover and wouldn't mind her staying. She is a sweetheart!
We also have a small SUV and Pickup truck that we are open to allowing visitors to use, in exchange for usage of your car (if we do an exchange).
