I hope to be able to find a reasonable exchange, my flat is located in one of the most safe and developed areas in Mexico City, it's the third floor of an early 1900's house, featuring typical Mexican-Spanish architecture, and of course, it counts with an independent entrance of its own. While it's a simple place, it counts with every necessary thing, a medium kitchen with flowing water, a stove and oven, a small refrigerator and a table. The bathroom is also quite simple but functional, there's a shower, a working toilet and sink. And there's also a nice, small and private terrace with plants, you can take sunbaths and relax.
The place is very well located and connected to the main roads and means of transportation e.g. buses, taxis, metro stations, small and big avenues.
There's also a number of big supermarkets as well as small local stores, so you can find plenty of options from restaurants, small dinners, groceries stores, pharmacies, and medical facilities. Because of the location you'll also get many options regarding entertainment, there are several malls, theaters, parks and museums a few minutes away from the house, and you'll also get to go to the main touristic attractions just by taking a bus or riding the metro a couple of stations.
As any house located in a capital city, you'll find anything you need at almost any hour. Besides that, the atmosphere is still reminiscent of the traditional Mexico, some of the oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods surround the area, displaying beautiful architecture.

I live in a neighborhood called "San Pedro de los pinos", inside the "Benito Juárez" municipality. It's a combination of a family friendly neighborhood and thriving business places. Transportation, safety and entertainment is guaranteed in this area. If you have lived in a big city, then you know what to expect.
