Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our apartment is cosy, bright and well-located. We have a lot of plants, and a balcony on the building’s inner courtyard, where you can eat and relax. The street is quiet and very green, and there is a direct view on a beautiful park. It is easy to access by car and public transport. There is a several tram and bus lines stopping within 3-5 minutes walk. The Dam Square, Museumplein and the historical canals of the centre are within 10-15 min by tram, and so are three of the main train stations (Centraal, Sloterdijk and Lelylaan), which all have direct connections to the airport. This is a perfect location to visit Amsterdam and the area while staying in the hidden, quiet and less touristy (but trendy) side of the city, away from the crowds.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of a historical and typical brick building from the 1920s, in a beautiful relaxed neighbourhood with a lot of good cafés and trendy shops, and right across from the Erasmuspark in Amsterdam West (one of the only places in Amsterdam where you can barbecue!). The buildings on our street (including ours) are classified as “city monuments” and the street is known to be one of the most charming streets of Amsterdam. The whole neighbourhood is built in the 1920’s unique architectural style called the “Amsterdam School Style”. The neighbourhood is lively and mixed, with all sorts of cultures and income levels, which makes it one of the most diverse and international areas of the Netherlands.
