Hi, I'm Sean and welcome to my home!
My home is an original 1900s townhouse just off the main street in Holywood, less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre, 20 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes train ride to Belfast City Centre.
Inspired by a stay at the Rough Luxe Hotel in King's Cross in London, I have tried to retain as many original features of the house as possible and have tried to complement these with stimulating artwork, plants and interesting pieces of furniture which I think give the house a cozy but not cluttered character.

You will be less than a 20 minute walk to seahill beach in Holywood but to get the real benefit of being by the sea, you should take a drive or a train out to Helen's Bay beach which is by far the best within the Belfast area and as such is exceptionally popular especially with sea swimmers and paddle boarders
In terms of a social scene, whatever you're into Holywood has it, from beautiful little arisan cafes & coffee shops to seaside taverns to a proper old-school, no-nonsense pub. I have lived in Holywood for 16 years and have found it really easy to integrate into.
