On the world famous Rugged Cornish Coast, this small cottage is named Gull Cottage. In this small cute cottage, there is plenty of space for a couple with two medium dogs.
There are a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and the lovely town beaches are within easy walking distance. At Gull Cottage there's no need to drive anywhere in Newquay.
Newquay is a trendy and dog-friendly resort located on the cliffs of the Atlantic. It features numerous beaches and walks that are great for everyone.
We're excited to offer our Newquay home for exchange! However, due to our extended stay in Canada (9 months), we do require a £150 cleaning fee in our absence. This helps us ensure the house is ready for your arrival. We understand this may be a consideration, and we appreciate you understanding. The fee is payable via e-transfer or cash. Thanks so much! ♥️

Located in the centre of everything! My cottage is less than one km from six beaches and the working harbour, the closest beach can be seen from the end of my street and is very easy walk away, the closest cafe cafe sits at the end of my street, and there is a supermarket across the street.
It is located in a quiet, friendly street in the hustle and bustle of Newquay. We are on a private street in the middle of town. There is only an alleyway at the end of our dead end, so only those who know about it will be walking through. We are dog friendly and the cottage has two dog beds, bowls and treats!

For your stay at Gull Cottage, you have access to the entire house, a small front yard, and a small private back yard (which can look a little unkempt during the wet stormy Cornish winters) but that is accessible by a small alley.
The cottage is a part-time holiday home (we spend 3 months with friends and mum) and we live in Canada and so we have to have a private cleaning company. Any questions while staying there ask me or (my local Manager based in Newquay) . A one time cleaning fee of £150 for each stay in advance - unavoidable for us.
No Parking outside Gull Cottage.
Newquay offers a wide range of parking options including a weekly pass for the council car parks throughout Cornwall. There is NO parking on the premises or on Broad St, but I will provide you with lots of information. There's a train station just 15 minutes away or why not take a flight and taxi from the airport.
Food & Groceries
We have a Sainsbury's across the road, couldn't be closer!
