Welcome to our beautifully situated home located on 4 meticulously groomed acres overlooking the Caribbean Ocean and enjoying the fresh Caribbean breezes that pass through the house or enjoy the beautiful view while soaking in the pool. We have a private gated access road that goes up to our home that provides you with peaceful secluded surrounding with many amenities such as beaches, restaurants and supermarkets just a short distance away.
The home is open concept and windows all around to bring in the amazing view that surrounds the home. The home offers 3 very private bedrooms (one bedroom with a king size bed and the other two with queen size beds). Each bedroom has their own bathroom and air conditioning.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and also takes advantage of the ocean view.
Surrounding the house is a deck that has two sitting areas, one screened in and the other is open air looking towards the mountain. The deck has a wonderful area for swimming, eating outside or just enjoying your morning coffee and a sitting area which includes hammocks for just relaxing.

Our home is located on the north side of the island between two villages. There is beach access just 3 miles away and a quick 25 minute drive to West Bay area. The daily temperature is always in the 80's. There is much to explore and enjoy on Roatan and our location provides you a center of access to all of them.
