My condo is a modest 1 bedroom slice of paradise! Located just one block off the oceanfront, it features two covered balconies with subtle views of the ocean. The building consists of 9 total units across three levels on stilts with parking underneath. My unit is located on the middle level and has no elevator access, neighboring units on 3 sides which are full-time rentals. The condo is my full-time permanent residence; however, my minimalist, partially nomadic lifestyle allows me to also offer short-term rentals through the year and peak season. I do typically keep it Airbnb ready at all times throughout the year in case of last minute bookings. Kitchen is equipped with all the spices, oils, and essential cooking items needed to maintain your normal dietary routines! I work fully remote, so the bedroom does have a desk, chair, and high-speed wi-fi connection. The set up in the condo is not suitable for young children and is catered mostly to couples or a weekend girls trip! There is a queen-size platform style bed in the bedroom, and the inconspicuous futon couch in the living room converts to a comfy double bed! Both include Smart TV. It is decorated with tons of live plants for that tropical feel. Most of the pieces displayed in the condo are from local artists or items I have collected along my many travels! There is a story in every square foot of the home which helps to make it feel comfy and cozy like your very own home away from home!
It is important to note, due to my dog living in the home, I do not recommend this stay to someone with pet or plant allergies. I take extra care to remove all pet hair to the best of my abilities; however, any pet owner knows it can be hard to remove 100% of pet hair. It always finds its way back.

The condo is situated in the heart of a small beach town, Cherry Grove - North Myrtle Beach, SC. Unlike the infamous Myrtle Beach proper, Cherry Grove is home to mostly retired couples with a love for shagging on the boulevard and consists mainly of single family vacation homes. While the area in general is fairly quiet, the condo is located in the center of town so you will experience noise from hustle and bustle of tourists enjoying their vacation, especially in peak season. The tourism in Cherry Grove has continued to grow substantially in my three years of living here. The plus side of the location is that even though it's about 30 mins from the nearest airport, you will barely need a car once you arrive to the condo. Groceries, dining, shopping, nightlife, watersports, family activities and other outdoor adventures are all within walking or biking distance! No matter your lifestyle, there is something nearby just for you!

I'm am currently looking for an exchange anywhere along the coast or near a ski resort for the fall/winter season between now and April 2025. I'm open to discussing any duration or travel dates that are pet friendly options.
