Our home is very spacious with neutral colours to compliment the surrounding ocean views. The beds feature cooling gel foam, pressure relieving mattresses. All mattresses and pillows feature cooling fitted pad covers to protect from all elements. Guests will love the panoramic views, bird watching, turtle sightings, fish jumping... it's honestly pure magic.
- Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Down stairs features one bedroom with a king size bed and one kids bunk bed.
-Up stairs features one king size bed and full bathroom.
-Large private pool and small spa that seats 2-4 on the pool deck over looking the beautiful harbour.
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Wifi and smart TVs
-Located in a fishing village can walk right to the beach
- beach features a restaurant , bar , and dock with a transport boat 5$ per person to the small island Scilly Cay 2 minute boat ride with a restaurant and live music
- Center of the property grounds behind a large privacy wall has a tiki bar open Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, 4-9pm

Awesome house two steps from the beach. Located on a beautiful, unique, safe Island called Anguilla in a small fishing village. There is a ferry boat down the beach that transports to a little island 2 minutes away for 5$ USD.
The little island of Scilly Cay features a restaurant with a beautiful beach, great live music and delicious food.
The mornings are amazing for turtle spotting and the birds give quite a show on the harbour.
Driving is super safe and easy in Anguilla. The road is two lanes with very very relaxed drivers.
Anguilla has 36 spectacular beaches. This island paradise is not a congested tourist trap, but more charming and low key. Meads Bay, Rendezvous , and Maundays Bay are just a few to look up and fall in love.
If you would like to use paddle boards , glass bottom kayaks on a beach of your choice , take a lovely guided tour on the coast , or be super adventurous and learn to kite surf ; check out the Anguillawatersports.com website.
There is a 100$ USD cleaning fee which will be collected in advance by our property manager.
Rental car can be provided 40$ USD daily with a 25$ Anguilla license (government requirement)
Car and Cleaning can be included in an (equal) reciprocal exchange.

This home is in the Arawak Beach Club , made famous in the TV show " coupled" aired on FOX - conveniently located close to a pier with a ferry boat ride across to a charming tiny island with crystal clear water , great food, and live music on the weekends. Close walk to restaurants, bars, and a grocery store.
