Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
A loft-style modern house in a beautiful large garden in Rabastens. The garden is shared with our family (the house we live in is 100m away), but there is a large area for your exclusive use and your own terrace with a table for outdoor aperos.
The house is 85m2.
It includes:
- a beautiful main living/working/kitchen space of about 60 square metres with a very high ceiling, disappearing sliding doors, nice dimmable lighting. It is minimalist, no clutter. Simple kitchen with all you need.
- a double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed with a very comfortable mattress (emma).
Unfortunately we cannot welcome children because there is an un-fenced swimming pool in the shared garden.
The swimming pool is available for your use, shared with our family. It is not heated and it is uncovered and warm enough for swimming from the end of April until the end of September.
We have a couple of rudimentary bikes you are welcome to use.

A 5-minute walk to the amazing Saturday farmers market, several cafés and bars, and an arthouse cinema. A 15-minute walk to the Rabastens-Couffouleux train station with frequent trains to Toulouse and Albi.
In the summer there is a rich program of cultural events.
The river Tarn (5-minute walk) is safe for swimming in our area, and Rabastens plage is lots of fun for locals and visitors in the summer.

If you need separate beds, I can provide a comfortable airbed for use in the main room.
The house is located very close to the town's rugby stadium, so there is sometimes a bit of noise during weekend matches when they are scheduled. Apart from that, it is very calm.
Please leave 50 euros for the cleaner.
