My low-rise cozy and chic apartment overlooks hills with lots of greenery. It has been decorated with a combination of mid-century pieces and asian antiques collection and filled with green indoor plants. It is a recognised and very well-maintained resort-living condominium with full amenities ie swimming pools, tennis court, gym, squash court, kid's playground, meditation and exercise garden area, visitors car parking and excellent security.
I love to cook so the kitchen is fully equipped. Please take good care of kitchen utensils and cookware. My dining table seats 6 comfortably. In the evenings, I open the glass sliding doors to enjoy the cool evening air. There are air condition units in all of the rooms including the living area for when you cannot take the heat. There is little or no mosquito problem but the stray cockroach is not unusual in this part of the world. I have mosquito repellant spray and insecticide spray if needed.
My sociable cat loves human company so you can enjoy and care for her. As my guest, it is important that you love or am comfortable with cats. If you are familiar with cats, and want to have her around, please be responsible for feeding her and cleaning her litter daily. If you have an allergy to cat hair, then you will want to reconsider staying here even though I have an air purifier unit in the living room. She is a shorthair cat with minimal shedding. If you are not in all the time, I will arrange for my neighbour who lives one floor below to clean, feed and spend time with her. I pay her MYR15/day to do this so please pay her if the need arises.
Note:
1)A small cleaning fee of 40 Euros paid in cash or Wise transfer for pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning.
2)The key collection will be either from me directly or from the mailbox which is not locked.
3)If anything is damaged, kindly inform me via email or my phone contact soonest possible. It should be replaced if not fixable or reimbursed if you don't have the time to replace it.
4)I will leave you some shelving/hanging space in one of the wardrobes for convenience. Will leave my personals in the other closets and pantry room and will appreciate they not be touched.
5)If you are staying for more than 5 days, kindly give my plants some water spraying once every 3-4 days. They don't need watering everyday : )
LASTLY, there is condo construction across the street so there will be some noise from Mondays -Saturdays from 8:30am -6:30pm.

Damansara Heights is an exclusive hilltop neighborhood less than 30 minutes from the city center and mere minutes from other towns. It is quiet and non-congested, and safe for walking about. Just down the road from the apartment is a bakery and some restaurants. Plaza Damansara, the closest commercial area, offers a full array of international dining options, cafes, bakeries, convenience stores, bars, spas, yoga and pilates studios, etc. You can choose to walk for about 20 mins or opt for an e-hailing car (GrabCar) which costs less than 2 euros to reach. 15 minutes away by car or 2.50 euro via GrabCar, is Bangsar, a popular and established township with 2 medium size malls and 1 high-end smaller one. There is a wide selection of restaurants from local to international; bars/pubs; and commuter train stations here. The closest supermarket is Independent Ben's Grocer at Plaza Batai or Qra at The Five. Both are 10 minutes away by car. You will also find cafes/restaurants at both these places too. Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas are neighbourhoods close by within 10 mins by car for dining, shopping and kids’ entertainment.

My home is less than 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur city center accesssible by Grab e-hailing car or by MRT train (7 mins by car) and about 45-60 mins to the airport by car or KL Sentral Express train. It is a hot hub for short jaunts to other parts of SE Asia. Bangkok is 2 hours away; Bali is 3 hours away; and Singapore is only 45 minutes away by flight.
Must-Go Day trips or Overnite trips from Kuala Lumpur :
* Melaka (Malacca) - a historically rich town situated on the Straits of Malacca. Heritage sites to the night market to river cruise and cafe hopping are activities to do on your visit. Try Nyonya cuisine, a blend of Straits Chinese, Portuguese, and Malay cooking. About a 2-hour drive from KL via taxi limo service or 2.5 hours via bus.

* Ipoh - an old mining town that is famed for its limestone mountains and caves. A colonial cityscape offering old-world charms with new modern amenities. Try the Ipoh chicken rice with a side of bean sprouts and the white 'kopi' (coffee) and for dessert, the 'taufu fa' (soya bean curd). A direct train ride takes 2.5 hours.
*Penang - known as ‘Pearl of the Orient’, an island state rich with history. A top holiday destination of Malaysia, it has a lot to offer in terms of culture, food, beach and historical sites. About a 4-5 hour drive by car or an hour by flight on AirAsia. Excellent for a 2-3 nite stay.
