We are experienced exchangers. - you can check out all of our reviews on our main home listing #1420531. This is a brand new custom built guest house adjacent to our main home. It was designed with maximum privacy in mind - it has a separate driveway and parking area away from the main house. The accommodations are above a three car garage which we use for our personal use (this space will be locked off.) The home has two bedrooms each with a king size bed and a loft with four twin beds, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and a beautiful deck. The loft is accessed by a ship's ladder. (No children under the age of six in the loft.)

The view of the Bitterroot mountains from this home is spectacular. This space is perfect for two couples or a small family. We are located about 10 minutes from the Bitterroot River which has fantastic fly fishing. The hiking in the area is unbelievable, including an amazing hike you can start right from the house. There are too many activities to list. This house is accessible and available year round. We are located one hour south of Missoula - so if you are flying Missoula is the nearest commercial airport. We are the perfect location in between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks - minus the crowds. We are experienced home exchangers and have made many friends around the globe. There is a $150 cleaning fee for guest point exchanges; no smoking inside the house; no pets. We hope that you would take great care of our property as we would do the same for you. This guest house is located on our 25 acre property in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. This property is heaven for outdoor enthusiasts with unlimited hiking, biking, and fishing opportunities as well as great access for all winter sports. It’s also the perfect place for the person who just wants to unwind and get away from it all.
