This classic, modern, four bedroom home, three bath, is perfect for a family of 4 or two couples.
The downstairs space includes a formal dining room, a living room with a smart TV, surround sound and plenty of movies and channels to choose from. A kids playroom with cabinets of games, puzzles and toys, a large kitchen including wine fridge, chef's gas range and kitchen amenities for the avid cook, wine fridge, a laundry room and a half bath.
Upstairs features all of the bedrooms. The master suite has an on suite bathroom with a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds as a bunkbed, bedroom 3 has a bunkbed with a slide and Bed 4 is what we consider the guest bedroom with a full size bed, desk area, printer & high speed internet. A full size bathroom with a shower and tub, vanity sandwiches bedrooms 2-4.
The front yard features a secure fence around it, with ample grass space for outdoor games. The backyard includes entertaining space with plenty of shade cover, dining table, outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen, teller ball, and a basketball hoop.

We live on the West side of the plaza off the bike path which offers car-free access to parks, open spaces, hiking and downtown. A local park, featuring a large grass area, children's sand playground and full court basketball court, is just steps from our home.
Located just 8 minutes walking is a Safeway, specialty market, local bakery, library, restaurants, gyms, and much more.
Conveniently located in the city of Sonoma, just 45 minutes from San Francisco, with access to all wine country locations including Sonoma, Russian River, Alexander Valley, Napa and the Silverado Trail. The property is conveniently located minutes from over 40 wineries in the Sonoma Valley, yet close to town. There are many wonderful things to do in the wine country including: wine tasting, sight seeing, shopping in the beautiful Sonoma Square, hot air ballooning, Sonoma Train town.
Bodega bay, Tomales bay and the beautiful Northern California coastline are just 50 minutes away. Head out whale watching, crack oysters on the shore or bask in the sun at the beach.
