Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Converted stables, old on the outside (1859 - William White was the architect for our building, famously he was the architect for the 19th-century Gothic Revival architecture and church restorations throughout England) , modern and new on the inside.
Perfectly located in the rural Essex countryside, 10 minute drive to the M25 and only a 30 minute direct train commute into London Liverpool Street.
Quiet location, can only hear the birds and nature sing.
Private tree lined drive, only 5 neighbours .
Beautiful open plan kitchen living area, triple bi-fold glass doors opening up the outside in.
Retaining all of the original architectural elegance the house is approached via a tree-lined driveway where the trees were planted in pairs, giving inspiration for the name - true-loves.
The property features a private garden, energy-efficient air source heat pump, under floor heating, two allocated parking spaces and a private indoor courtyard set within the original Victorian cast iron stables under a glazed atrium roof.
The Trueloves estate was originally occupied by members of the local Petre Family in the mid-1600's, who continue today to reside at the Ingatestone Hall Estate. Trueloves House and Stables was constructed in 1859 and has since been occupied by various members of the British gentry.
The villages of Ingatestone and Fryerning, renowned for having one of the most exclusive postcodes in Essex, are surrounded by a wealth of Green Belt, farmland, ancient hedgerows and woodland, and the area retains a distinctly rural atmosphere despite its convenient location, the excellent rail and road links into London.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Rural setting, great for countryside walking, fields and forests for miles, also perfect for road cyclists, the Tour de France riding through each year!
The village is just a 20 minute walk, full of lovely small business run shops, florists, bakery, cafes, bars, butchers, pubs and a delicatessen.
A historical village, with 3 churches and the infamous Ingatestone Hall.
The (M25) motorway, just a 10 minute drive, circles London connecting the 3 main London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead). Ingatestone train station is a 15 minute walk, and is a direct connection into London (30 minutes)
