Relax and immerse yourself in Lake Norman's culture at The Loft on Lakeshore, designed for two people, a perfect couple's getaway or stop while traveling. Constructed in 2022, you'll enjoy a private guesthouse on the second floor with incredible views of the lake and sunset from the balcony.
You’ll find bead board ceilings, barn doors and special touches all hand-crafted by the owners for a serene, cottage vibe. There is a garage/workshop below the guesthouse, which is used occasionally by the owner and we reside in our home next door. The Loft is also used as an Airbnb, so it's always clean and ready to go, but it may be rented, so please check with us.
We love it here because it's a peaceful, friendly lakefront cove with wildlife, a lovely yard, warm temperatures. and Southern hospitality. You'll have access to the lake, gazebo, backyard and fire pit. We have 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, floats and fishing poles that are free for you to use.
It's also located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off the interstate, so you can unwind after a busy day or simply enjoy the beauty of the region and stay for awhile. Many restaurants, shops and activities are just minutes away from the Loft. We welcome you!
