We are planning to move so it’s quite stressed out. No worries. Once our new home is settled we will list it again. In between sorry I cannot make any exchange decision.
(Check the calendar before you send a request. If your house has a cat sorry I cannot do the exchange my daughter is allergic. No exchange for smokers). Yes you can pay points first (send request only if you have points) and we can come later by paying you with points.
If you travel with family or young kids, you will love this house with huge backyard and public transportation commute to Manhattan. Master bedroom has a king size bed, has a huge bathroom with shower and tub. With solar panel and electric charger for Tesla cars, Netflix, high speed Wi-Fi, plenty street parking space, garden in the back (yes you can pick strawberries, peas, or carrots if they are ready), children’s play ground with swing. You can call it a true home away home. It is all radiated heat and 2 zoned central air conditioner. Tankless boiler for hot water. Plenty of shops around, within 1 minute, there’s a highly rated Italian restaurant, a bakery, a cafe, a bagel shop, a nail salon and a hair spa around the corner, and 17 min walking distance to a super market, pharmacy, bank, diner and a liquor store. School yard is 10 minutes walk to play basketball, or kids can bike in school yard. I left 2 scooters and 3 bikes. You have to come in person to appreciate the beauty of this house.

I live in the green belt of Staten Island which is rare in NYC. Hiking trails are nearby, historical old town is open with a cafe nearby. There’s a bus stop within 1 minute walking to take you to the ferry, where you can ride Staten Island ferry to Manhattan for FREE (connecting ride to many subway lines out of battery park ferry station). Or you can connect to express bus to Manhattan. You can purchase ticket with your credit card or digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google pay when boarding the bus. If you drive, it’s only half an hour to Manhattan. Brooklyn is a bridge away. You can also drive to ferry where you can either park at the empire outlet next to the ferry or for free on Sundays. Why cramp in Manhattan apartment when you can enjoy the nature and ample space in Staten Island. The commute to Manhattan is super easy and cheap. Once you confirm your booking I have plenty to tell you how to get there. Have a wonderful time of city life plus enjoy the nature where Staten Island offers (lakes, hills, shopping mall is 8 minutes away, golf course is 5 minutes away and more!) Free ferry takes you to the tip of Manhattan and you can walk to subway stations (9, 4,5, R, W). You can see liberty statute for free as many times as you want. Wall Street, the bull, trinity church, 911 memorial site, battery city park all nearby the ferry station. Manhattan is very big and all the tourists sites are spread out. So do not expect to see everything in one day. Usually subway or Uber can take you to anywhere. But subway stop is longer than other metro cities such as Paris. Subway changes schedule or route in weekends sometimes. Please check MTA website for updates.

I need the copy of main guests’ passport or IDs for security reason as you know it’s common in European. It’s not an Airbnb but we need to know who will be live in my house.
30 mins to Newark Airport by driving. Lots of local shops around, close to mall, golf course. 2 minute to bus stop.
I need someone to water my plants (only once a week). Fish and hamster has auto feeder but need you to check if they are alive.
Please take out garbage as instructed. Recycle rules is strictly enforced in NYC.
