Our newly built villa (Jan 2022, 250 m2) ) is located in a quiet and wooded area in the heart of the Netherlands. It has a spacious garden (with trampoline) adjacent to the forest, with large terrace, incl veranda. It offers a large light living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen/dining room overlooking the large garden and trees and a scullery. And the ground floor you will also find a game/chill room and study room. On the first floor you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom/dressing room and 3 addiotinal bedrooms (all double beds). In total 3 bathrooms (1 bath tube) and a laundry room.

Available for home exchange from mid July - mid August (approx 2-3 weeks in that period, flexible)

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

Our home is located in Bilthoven which is a small town / suburb of Utrecht (8 mins), in the middle of a wooded area. In Bilthoven you can find a variety of different supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a golf course. There is also a train station where you can catch the train every 15 mins to Utrecht and connecting trains to anywhere in the Netherlands, incl to Amsterdam (approx 30-40mins).

Because our home is located in the heart of the Netherlands, most of the destinations in the Netherlands are reachable in less than 1 hours drive. It's very close to different national parks (Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Hoge Veluwe, Loosdrechtse Plassen) for nice walks, cycle tours and water sporting. It's very close to Utrecht with it's beautiful canals, close to Amsterdam (about 30 mins by car and about 40 mins by train), and about 1 hour drive to the Dutch beaches.

All-in-all, a great home in a great location for a visit to the Netherlands.
