Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We are mostly looking for Guest Points. A minimum of 3 nights.
Our place will mostly be available midweek during High Season.
We charge a cleaning fee of $175.
WELCOME to our townhouse!
Our house permits 6 guests, kids under 5 don't count towards that amount, but a MAX of 8 guests TOTAL.
You will be renting our Nightly Rental. We live 5 minuets away.
We mostly take care of the house ourselves whenever possible. This is an older house that we do our best to update when possible.
We are happy to welcome anyone who will take good care of our space and leave it nice and tidy. And PLEASE respect our NO shoes in the house rules.
FREE PARKING for 2 cars right outside the townhouse.
Our townhouse is light and spacious. Three floors all to your self & only neighbors on one side.
Outside closet that can be locked and fits you're wet skis and snowboards etc...
Wet shoes can hang out in the inside closet by the stairs.
Pool & Spa shared with complex:
Hot tub is open year around.
Pool is open from Memorial day to Labour day.
FAMILY INFO
Great place for families with older kids. Families with smaller kids are very welcome, but house is NOT small kid friendly.
* No gates for wood stairs. Wide gaps between stair railings.
* From living room to the loft there is gaps between steps.
* In loft one bed is up against 1/2 wall with view to living room.
* Cleaning supplies under kitchen sink. We do have a kid safety lock inside the closet.

We will consider a group of 8 - with good reviews. Please inquire before booking.

* Master bedroom with King size bed. Bathroom with shower.
* 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Bathroom with tub/shower.

* Kitchen (missing anything, please let me know)
* Dinning area. Seats 6 people comfortably
* Living room. Corner sofa and chair
* WiFi
* Smart TV with internet hook up so you can watch your Netflix, You Tube, Hulu, Amazon Prime , etc. (NO CableTV)
2ND FLOOR:
*Loft with queen bed & bunk bed, Twin bed over Queen bed.
PET OWNERS (NO CATS, SORRY ALLERGIES)
At this time, pets are permitted on a case by case basis. Please tell is more about your dog.
Max 2 dogs. Pet cleaning fee is $45 TOTAL

Mammoth Lakes is a nice small mountain town with lots to do both winter and summer.
In the Winter months Mammoth Lakes biggest attraction is snow sport, Mammoth Mountain is our backyard and is one of the biggest ski resort in USA.
In the summer month there is so much to do from hiking to golfing.
We are on the EAST side of Yosemite National Park, with 45 minuet drive to the East Entrance, 2.5h drive to Yosemite Valley. The road to Yosemite is closed in winter months. It normally opens around end of May to end of June depending on snow pack.
