My home is perfect place to rest and enjay in peace and sun in quite terace near sea and city center. Apartment is close to see cca 70m and close to city centar cca 400m. Apartment is in ground floor with 75m2 backyard and 2 parking spaces. Apartment is in a building with 6 flats.It has 2 badrooms,1 bathroom, kitchen with living room and big terace with beautiful sea view.

Sutivan or Stivan - the way the locals call it, is located on the north-western part of the island of Brač. The architecture of Sutivan dates back to Diocletian times. The place got its name after a small Church of St. John the Baptist that was built on the foundations of an Early Christian basilica from the 6th century. Renaissance palaces, Baroque-style summer mansions and typical Dalmatian stone houses make the place irresistible. Sutivan is known for its hospitality, its numerous pebble beaches offering peace and quietness, the scents of Mediterranean and its crystal clear sea. Many marked trails are there for hikers and cyclists to enjoy the views of the ancient olive-groves and vineyards. Every July there is an extreme sports festival “Vanka regule”, already an attraction in the world. The festival guarantees lots of fun for the contestants, observers or anyone passing by. Another attraction, just next to Sutivan, is the Nature Park Sutivan.
Sutivan was a fishing village and the harbour is still used by local fishermen. Today Sutivan has become a popular place for cyclists. Every year the town hosts a cycling race ‘Uvati Vitar’ (Catch the Wind) where entrants arrive from all over the world.
