Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Our home is our oasis away from the busy life. With 1/2 an acre of property, chickens, 30 edible fruit and nut trees, a vegetable garden, and an outdoor kitchen and dining, it all seamlessly flows into our open, light, and airy home.

We live within walking distance of amazing coffee, restaurants, and parks, and yet the property is big enough you'll feel like you're in the country. 3 organic grocery stores within a 5-minute drive will also give you access to everything you could need to feel at home.

Within a 15-minute drive, you'll be in downtown San Diego, the beaches, and all the amenities San Diego has to offer, including Balboa Park, the Zoo, Sea World, and world-class golf, cycling, hiking, and surfing.

If you have kids, our home is a children's dream with a large, springless trampoline, play house, toys, and the time and space to just be outside and disconnect from screens, or learn where their food comes from.

We have 12 chickens in the back of the house so you'll have fresh eggs every day. Depending on the season, you'll have a variety of fruit and nuts tree's to eat from, including Lemon, Lime, Orange, Tangerine, Cherry, Peach, Nectarine, Apricot, Avocado, Grapes, Apple, Loquat, Sapote, Ice Cream Bean, Elderberry, Mulberry, Jujube, etc.

You'll feel at home when you wake up to the sunny, airy, open kitchen, dining room, and living room and look out to the mountains or have a seat enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier

Our neighborhood is La Mesa, CA. We're a wonderful community with a vibrant single-road downtown filled with coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Every Friday evening, the main road closes for a farmer's market.

We are a 10-minute walk from downtown, and yet it will feel like you're out in the country with how quiet our street is. We're also surrounded by many parks, playgrounds, and outdoor spaces.

We get plenty of sun out here and often avoid the overcast weather that hits the San Diego coast each morning. With access to two freeways, you have almost instant access to anywhere in San Diego you want to go, and you'll be able to get there quickly. Think of it as the perfect hub for your San Diego vacation.
