We live in a detached house in a quiet and sunny residential area. Our home is ideal for a family with its bright and functional living spaces. Its large windows decorate the rooms with the blue of the lake and the Alps. Our neighborhood is very safe and friendly. From the large private garden you have a view of Lake Geneva.
On the ground floor of our villa there is the kitchen, our dining and living room, a visitor toilet with sink and the office with fold-out double sofa bed. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with private shower room and two children's bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
Close to a train station, this environment offers you a bath of nature at only 3mn by car of the Geneva lake and 20 mins of the Olympic city of Lausanne and 40 mins to famous Geneva.

Saint-Prex is a charming small town and lies between the Alps and the Jura Mountains at the northern shore of the expansive Lake Geneva. The landscape between the lake and the mountains invites you to swim, hike and dance in summer and to ski, cross-country ski and snowshoe in winter. The French influence (le "savoir vivre") is evident in the language as well as in the gastronomy and culture.
Within one hour you're on the best ski slopes of the world like Portes du Soleil (Valais) or Chamonix (France).

Every year end of May more than 200 winegrowers are opening their wine cellars for public (Caves Ouvertes). From the beginning of July, the famous Montreux Jazz Festival, not only for jazz but for all kinds of music, takes place at the eastern tip of Lake Geneva. The Paleo festival is even impressive and takes place in Nyon end of July. Both are less than 30 minutes away by car and worth a visit for young and old.
The first of august is the Swiss bank holidays and is celebrated in the typical way with fireworks and cheese fondues.
