We have a spacious, bright, and airy living room featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a Roku-connected TV, and a record player with a growing vinyl collection. Our two bedrooms include a king-sized bed in the primary and two twin beds in the second bedroom, ideal for children. Our family-friendly home offers a large selection of children's books and toys.
The sitting room, which gets beautiful morning sunlight, includes an electric piano and a yoga mat. Our fully stocked kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook, features an induction range, Breville espresso machine, high-speed Ninja blender, and a juicer. Please note, we do not have a microwave, dishwasher, or toaster (we use the oven). During the summer, two efficient window air conditioning units keep the entire house cool.
We have one bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
As avid gardeners, our lush yard is thriving with organically grown flowers, shrubs, fruit bushes/trees, and vegetables. The fenced-in backyard also includes a hammock, gas grill, and a small patio with seating, including a kid-sized picnic table and an umbrella for shade. For fitness enthusiasts, we have a finished shed with a Peloton bike. Outdoor lawn games include cornhole and bocce.
Lastly, our friendly indoor cat is part of our family, and we kindly ask guests to feed her during their stay.

Our home is an ideal base for exploring Newport, Providence, and beyond. Perfect for families with younger children, it features a fully fenced yard, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Located in a lively New England town, you’ll find charming shops and amazing restaurants nearby. Our home is close to everything, making it convenient to experience the best of the region. Our home is strictly non-smoking.
We may ask you to pay a $80 USD cleaning fee which is the cost of our weekly house cleaner.
Our indoor cat is part of our family, and we kindly ask guests to feed her during their stay. For short stays of 2-3 nights, we may ask you to care for our friendly and well-behaved black lab; for longer stays, she will be boarded, unless we are doing a reciprocal exchange and you are ok with us bringing her with us.
Well behaved, ok-with-cats, dogs welcome, just clean up after them please.
