A special place in the Bay of Islands tourist playground with expansive views of the sea and islands. This north facing home has a huge deck on which to enjoy the sun and views all day and BBQ on the deck
Home is available for long stays also if you want to immerse yourself in NZ culture and spend time in a beautiful seaside village.
Over summer months (December to March)the holiday home is not available as it is occupied by owners or AirBnB

There are two bedrooms upstairs (1 king bed and 1 queen bed)with 1.5 bathrooms and a separate unit downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. The home can sleep 6 comfortably.
The kitchen lounge dining room and laundry are also upstairs.
There is a$120 cleaning fee for guest point exchanges.

Our holiday home is in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Northlands tourist Mecca and birthplace of New Zealand. The historic place where the Treaty of Waitangi was signed is a 1 km walk away. Go boating in the bay or swim at the beach. A two minute walk away. The village of Paihia has everything you need for a relaxing stay including golf at nearby Waitangi Golf Course or world rated Kauri Cliffs and numerous rated restaurants

We have made our holiday home available in winter only for longer stays as we are normally in Europe during winter. April to November. It is a special place which I am sure you will enjoy.
