A stunningly restored mid-century desert villa on 5 private acres with panoramic views of the Joshua Tree Highlands and surrounding desert.
The home is over 2,000 square feet in size comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a full queen sofa bed.
There's outdoor space to spare out here. No immediate neighbors! Hot tub, stock tank pool, and misters!
The property is surrounded by Pinto Mountains to the south alongside the edge of Joshua Tree National Park, and stunning views of Big Bear Mountain to the East.
So little light pollution for stargazing that you almost don’t need a telescope! And while our property has ample outside lighting, all can be turned off at a flick of a switch so you can better take in the shooting stars & constellations!
The Villa sits privately on over 5 acres and has just two permanent neighbors that are just under 1/2 a mile away, yet just 15 minutes drive from local bars, art galleries, and restaurants like Kitchen in the Desert, Joshua Tree Coffee Company, White Label Vinyl, Grnd Sqrl, Freedom Plaza, the 29 Palms Farmers Market, and just under 20 minutes from the Park Entrance.
Want to play while you're here? We have an ample supply of board games, ping pong table, cornhole, and horseshoes.
In terms of entertainment, we have a fully stocked turntable + vinyl, and our TV has Netflix, Disney+, Discovery+, Hulu, and ESPN+.
There are two Ring motion-sensitive cameras in the driveway, they are solely there for your protection and do not overlook any private areas of the property.
Guest access
While our villa is made to help you unplug, it still has the amenities for those who want to work somewhere wonderful.
WiFi covers the vast majority of the 5 acres with broadband, and there are multiple nooks and crannies both inside and outside the property when you need to connect or stream.
As for hiking, the property is over 5 acres + most of the land immediately surrounding the property to the south is BLM (Federal) land which means you are free to access it.

We warmly welcome your fur babies or other pets.
