My 1-bedroom, city center apartment is clean, modern, bright, quiet, and private on the 5th floor (two elevators) with an open-concept, well-equipped kitchen and two terraces.
The apartment gets a lot of natural sunlight throughout the day (southeast-facing). The apartment is centrally located on a well-connected street (for buses and tram), just 200 meters from the Cathedral!
The apartment has been completely remodeled and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully stocked kitchen that opens to the large terrace, living room, dining room, and entryway. It is also equipped with high-speed internet.
Everything you need or want is within a 20-minute walk... markets, shopping, great restaurants, lively bars, and al fresco cafes that line pretty plazas!

- This is NOT a hotel, it is my home and I am a bit of a minimalist... I do not have a hairdryer, a clothes iron, a Nespresso coffee machine, or a dedicated workspace; I have an Italian-style coffee percolator and I work at the dining room table... I hope that works for you as well; if you have doubts, try it! they say the best things happen outside your comfort zone! ;-)
- Double bed in the bedroom (150cm x 190cm, sleeps 2) + sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2)
- There are two elevators in our building
- SONOS music system
- Samsung SmartTV with soundbar and subwoofer in the bedroom with Netflix, Amazon Prime, DAZN Sports, XBOX One
My Exchange Preferences:
- Exchange Type: Reciprocal exchanges are much preferred; this is my primary residence and I don’t fancy sleeping on a park bench ;-)
- Trip Length: 2-week minimum trip length; I love slow, budget European travel
- Location: I travel within Europe or the vicinity almost exclusively; I generally avoid large, loud, tourist cities preferring small cities, towns, and villages off the beaten path and close to nature or the sea.
- Dates: My travel dates are flexible and my HE calendar may not be up-to-date because of it; if in doubt, request an exchange or message me!
- Seasons: I travel year-round but avoid cold, winter weather and generally prefer traveling during the shoulder seasons (spring and fall)
