Comfortable and family-friendly home in beautiful Encinitas, CA, 4 miles from Moonlight State Beach and walking/biking distance from tons of grocery stores and restaurants.
Our home has everything you need for a family vacation near the beach. High ceilings and an open floor plan make the kitchen and living room area a great place to hang out. A super cozy couch is great for watching movies or curling up with a book. We love plants and have then all over the house. We also have a fish tank. There are tons of kids' art supplies, toys, board games, books, legos, a piano, ukelele, karaoke machine and guitars. Kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals. The playroom/guestroom is a great place for kids to hang out and has a full-size pullout couch/bed.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an office. The master bedroom has a very comfy king bed, and the kids bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The backyard has a trampoline, fruit trees, big table with bench seats and a BBQ. The garage has a Peloton, standup paddleboard, surf boards, beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, 3 skateboards and several basketballs, soccer balls, footballs and baseballs. We have 4 pickleball paddles that you can use in our neighborhood pickeball court.

Very family-friendly, safe neighborhood where kids are always out playing on the street. Basketball hoop and small skateboard ramp out front. Community pool, park with a playground, and tennis/pickleball courts are just a 5 minute walk away. Amazing neighbors.

- Legoland is 10 miles away, with an amazing water park
- Grab our stand up paddle board and head to a nearby lagoon (there is a great one in Carlsbad just north of us) or Mission Bay in San Diego
- Fish off one of the ocean piers or at a lagoon
- Bike along the ocean, there are tons of bike paths
- Take a surf lesson
- Lots of outdoor summer concerts
- SD Botanic Garden is just a couple of miles away
- SeaWorld and the SD Zoo are 30 minutes away
- Tons of museums and other fun activities in Balboa Park in downtown San Diego
- Go see a Padres Game at Petco Park downtown
- Check out the seals at La Jolla Cove
