apartment in the established time.
The organization of receptions or
parties are strictly prohibited.
Noise levels must be kept under
control when using any appliance or
doing any activity that might disturb
the neighborhood, especially through
the night between 23h00 and 7h00 of
the following day. All the activities
that perturbs the co-propriety’s
normal life that causing complaints by
the neighborhood. Will be the reason
why the apartment has to be
immediately freed without requesting
any refund.
The stay begins from 15h00 (Check-
in)
And it finishes at 11h00 (Check-out)
according to the date of your
reservation.
The customer is entirely responsible
of any damage caused by him or a
third party inside the house or in the
common areas of residential during its
stay.
We are not responsible of the guests’
personal effects.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED. Additionally, in order
to avoid disturbing the neighbors,
smoking on the terrace is not
allowed.
You may use vape only in the
balcony.
It is strictly prohibited to throw away
anything from the terrace, to throw
other objects or substances
susceptible to damaging or obstruct
the WC canalizations, washbasins,
such as food, wipes, diapers. Etc.
No third person is permitted to enter
into the apartment or common areas
such as the swimming pool without
the agreement of the owners.
Animals are not allowed in the
apartment.
