Do you miss the refreshing cold winters in the north east? : ) Maybe you have spent years in Florida and want a refreshing change for a few months or to be close to family ? :)
I have a beautiful 3 level townhome 5 minutes from the beach in NJ, in exchange for your Daytona Beach Florida area house/ rooms.
What is available for use?
2 Bedrooms (1 has Queen size bed, other has single bed) & 1 and half bathrooms are available for use. 5 minutes from the beach - Beautiful Ocean Grove, NJ.
2 bedrooms are up stairs. 1 car only allowed for driveway or in front parking areas. (Limited parking per townhouse).
The washer and dryer are downstairs.
Use of kitchen, dining room and living room (with couch/chair coverings).
I do have a roommate who lives somewhere else but works right down the street. He is a mature adult male, married, with 2 grown kids. He only uses the master room with his own private bathroom to sleep and go to work. So you should be easy going and friendly just like he is :) Again, he is busy and will just say his friendly hello's in passing.
NO pets. Severe allergies. Do NOT want pet hair remnants in the home. No drama. No smoking inside or outside on the property. No drugs (prescription of course but no prescription marijuana on the property here. Don't like the smell and don't want the smell in or around my home. (Very sensitive to smells - and have severe allergies).
We are in our 50's/early 60's. We take care of my elderly mom. She will come with us to Florida. We want the Daytona Beach area to be close to family that already lives there.
What is not available for use: The master bed room (roommate in there). The garage, the downstairs room across from washer/dryer.
This is a swap and not a full house swap. If you need to come back to your home for any reason, please do. The same for us. If we need to come back, we will go to our room downstairs. (Unlikely but just in case, so we need to have flexibility).

We live in Neptune, NJ - in a townhouse development, 5 minutes from the beach. Ocean Grove is a part of Neptune township with a quant small beautiful town and board walk. Also, 5 minutes from Asbury Park with many restaurants and happening even in the winter! Train close by to NY (1 hour to NY). Townhouse association handles maintaining the property. Strict on parking only in designated areas.
