Welcome to sunny South Florida! Our cozy and light-filled condo in the historic Downtown District of Hollywood Beach is your perfect escape in paradise. Our charming and private 2nd Floor corner unit is accessible by elevator or via a lush, tropical courtyard. Inside, you’ll find plush seating, stylish furnishings, 2 big screen TVs, a breakfast bar, washer/dryer, spacious state-of-the-art kitchen with pantry, stainless steel fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Living room opens up to an oversized wraparound balcony. Property amenities include exotic gardens, water features and a Club Room with billiards, darts, foosball, table tennis, arcade games and vending machines with cold drinks and snacks. There is also a state-of-the-art gym, indoor pool and private movie theatre on site. Complimentary valet parking included.
