We are all excited to welcome you to the Cashmere Hills Apartment We have owned a property business before and travelled extensively around the world and now just enjoy offering this spectacular apartment and our hospitality experience to our holidaying guests We offer special treats to make your stay more enjoyable and feel free anytime to touch base if you have questions about activities in the area . We all look forward to meeting you and giving you the best holiday experience. We also respect your privacy so only available if you need our help
This Stunning Apartment with Breathtaking views is situated so close to the City Centre on the sort after Cashmere Hills The apartment boosts 180 degree views of Christchurch City and the surrounding mountain ranges Relax on recliners in the private garden, then in the evenings take in the most spectacular sunsets over the Southern Alps mountain ranges The private access to the apartment is down 15 steepish steps. The access is not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone with mobility issues . The apartment is private with your own entrance and is perfect for travelers wanting their own space. We welcome our guests and look forward to their arrival. There is a compendium in the apartment with all the information you need from dining out, movies theatres, transport , shopping, arts and crafts , markets and general information about the area. There is also have a large up to date bus route showing you all the relevant travelling times for you wanting to go in and out of the city (10 minutes away)
Just a two minute walk to the closest café, bar, restaurants or bus stop and a ten minute drive to the City Centre there is everything you need on your doorstep

Christchurch has everything on it doorstep . If you love skiing we have three mountains within a two hour drive . If you love the water we are a 20 minute drive to a great swimming and surf beach ( need a wetsuit in the winter months ) We a a five minute drive to a amazing mountain bike park with loads of facilities , chairlift to take you to the top of the park and New Zealand’s highest zip lines ! I’m a runner so loads of fabulous running tracks out the front door and plenty of great hiking tracks too . Loads of fun and adventures
