Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Detached house with great view of Malaga Bay, in relaxing area of El Cantal. 15 minute walk to Rincon Beach. 20 minutes bus ride along the coast to Malaga center. Big garage for secured parking and storage.
The house has a 30 square meters front terrace and a 20 square meters back patio giving access to swimming pools and common areas.
There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and the four bedrooms. There is also a ceiling fan in the kitchen.
The front terrace faces the south and has amazing views of the sea and Malaga Bay. It is equipped with a big table and 8 arm chairs.
There is a laundry area in the back patio with washing machine, washing cell and clothes line. The back patio is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and sun umbrella. There is also a bench with storage space and wall hangers that we use for the beach and swimming pool towels.
The street has very little traffic, creating a great relaxing environment while dining on the terrace.
Privacy, relax in a quiet area very close to all services. Bus stops at 200 meters.
Private garage for 2 cars with the possibility of also parking in front of the house. Entirely equipped kitchen: dish washer, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster.
Salt water swimming pools opened from mid May until the beginning of October. The opening and closing dates are orientative, as they depend on the annual community decision based on factors like the weather conditions, attendance and the general situation of the facilities.
There is an 80 euro fee for the final cleaning of the house.
Common areas, gardens and tennis court opened the whole year.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Very quite and relaxing neighbourhood with nice neighbours who live there the whole year. The house is located in a residential area (El Cantal). This is a hilly area in between the beaches of Ricon de la Victoria and Cala del Moral. Use of a car is recommended if traveling with kids or older people, although not essential. This location is perfect because is very close to the beach and at the same time you can enjoy wonderful views of Malaga bay while enjoying the comfort of a quite residential area. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk down the hill. However, coming up the hill after a day at the beach could be a slight challenge for little ones or elderly people. The walk to the beach is very pleasant whether you walk along El cantal street, where you have a nice panorama of the entire beach or you go through the tunnels carved out of the cliffs (walking and cycling paths).
