Our beautiful home is located on the 2nd floor of a newly build residential building on a side street, a 3 min walk from the main town square Marienplatz.
It's wonderfully bright with big windows, a loggia and a second, smaller balcony.
As we are both designers we love beautiful things and have put our heart into the interior design of our flat.
We would describe our home as cozy and peaceful where you can just enjoy yourself.
We love our home. We hope you will do too.
There is one big bedroom with a 180x200cm bed,
a smaller bedroom/ office with an optional 140x200cm bed and a little workstation and printer. The living room with a couch/daybed and TV is connected to a balcony that opens up to the courtyard and the evening sun.
The modern open kitchen, holds the dining area, and is fully equipped including, a rice cooker, toaster, water kettle and a Vitamix. Through big windows this part of the apartment is connected to a very cozy loggia with lounge seating and potted plants. There is a bathroom with a level entry shower, sink and toilet as well as a separate second toilet on the hallway.
At the moment we think our flat is not suitable for babies or toddlers but older kids are very welcome.
Everything is quite new as the apartment is just 3 years old.
You can find our washing machine in the common laundry room in the cellar.
Nearby parking is available or you can use our parking in our buildings´ own underground garage if available.
We also are open to exchange our car.

We live in the center of Immenstadt, but yet it´s quiet. You will find supermarkets, bakeries, a farmers market (saturdays) and even a zero-waste shop within a 5 min walking radius. Additionally restaurants and nice little shops are vey close by.
In an instant you can reach prestigious nature by foot, to go on hikes, enjoy the lakes and have a quick time out.
To the train station is also just 5 minutes walk from where you can reach local destinations like Oberstdorf, Oberstaufen, Lindau very easily. You can also reach Munich by train every hour.
