We’re excited to offer our dedicated guest retreat for your next visit to beautiful Utah. This spacious, luxurious craftsman-style guest home is as fun as it is gorgeous. With your own private gated entrance and an entire acre of gardens and trees, you’ll be sure to relax and recharge here. Take the footbridge over the creek to the main entrance and be welcomed. The open main level hosts a spacious, vaulted living area with a fully-stocked kitchen, huge island, plenty of counter space, a large marble dining table and the coziest sectional around the fireplace and smart tv. We hope you’ll enjoy our unique original fine art by American artist Brian Kershisnik and others throughout the home. Upstairs, you’ll also find a full bathroom, and don’t forget to check out the loft with a big built-in desk (the coolest remote office!). Downstairs are two lovely bedrooms with queen beds that share a jack-and-jill full bath (with separate shower & toilet room), additional living room with tv and fireplace, wet bar and full laundry room. We have the garage set up with a treadmill, free weights and resistance machine for the fitness enthusiast. Outside, follow the garden path to the fire pit, play structure and stone “hobbit house” playhouse for the kids. Pool available seasonally as well. We look forward to hosting you!
Our place is ideal for one or two couples or a smaller family. It sleeps four adults comfortably and the downstairs sofa works well for an additional child. Reciprocal exchanges to a home suitable for 6 people are ideal, but we'll happily consider other requests :)

Located at the foot of the Wasatch mountain range in the quiet, quaint city of historic Holladay, you’ll be just 20-30 minutes from seven world class ski resorts, six of which are included with the Ikon pass. Wonderful restaurants, boutique shopping, parks and market grocery stores are just minutes away. Downtown Salt Lake City is just 15 minutes, with the SLC international airport a quick 20.

Our main home is on a separate but attached lot (across from the pool in photos). You'll have ample privacy, but if we’re home during your exchange, we’ll still be close by should you need anything :).
Please note we have a sweet, well-behaved family dog, Feather. She is a small white lab. You will likely see her out in the yard and if she spots you, she’ll definitely run over to say “hello”. She does bark when she sees new friends but she never jumps up and will go about her day after she introduces herself. Feather is not allowed inside the guest house in our efforts to accommodate those with pet allergies (and yes, to cut down on the cleaning effort!).
Our place is non-smoking and we do request a $100 cleaning fee to cover the cost of our housekeeper. Thanks!!
