Our house is a fully equipped and decorated second home. It's called Suite Centro & Playa.
Suite Centro & Playa, located in the heart of Gijón, close to the City Hall and marina, just 150 meters from San Lorenzo beach and less than 500 meters from Poniente beach, totally exterior accommodation with views of the city and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Housed in a modern building dating back to 2008, this apartment is located on a pedestrian street in the heart of the Wine Route, 200 m from Gijón City Hall and the Cimadevilla district. The Wine Route has the best atmosphere in Gijón, where middle-aged people gather to enjoy, always respecting the rest schedules.
The apartment, with Nordic/industrial décor provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Equipped in detail it consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with state-of-the-art SmartTV (Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video..), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer and hair straightener. It also has gel, shampoo, conditioner and body milk.
Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people distributed in a double bed of 150 cm, a trundle bed of up to 160 cm open and a comfortable sofa bed of 140 cm.
Popular points of interest near the apartment include Gijón Marina, Playa promenade, Jovellanos Theatre, Revillagigedo Palace, dining and shopping areas.
The bus station is close by and Asturias Airport is 40 km from Suite Centro & Playa. There are several paid car parks in the vicinity of the apartment, the nearest being the Jardines del Náutico car park.
We do not accept stays of less than one week.
