You will LOVE staying in our cozy mountain cottage! Whether you visit the mountains for rest and relaxation or want to use our home as a basecamp for the plentiful mountain activities offered, our home is just the place for a couple or a family. It is light, bright, clean, well stocked and just steps from the national forest. Our home has an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and staying connected. There is (1) full size bed, (1) queen size bed and (1) king size bed and additional space if you need to set up an air bed. We have (1) queen size air bed available.
Big Bear Lake is a small mountain community in Southern California that has a lake at the center of the valley. It’s known for Big Bear Mountain Resort, with its three local ski resorts, golf course and mountain biking trails. Our town also has many boutiques, gift shops and restaurants that line the streets of the Village, our tourist area. Surrounding the city, the rugged San Bernardino National Forest has mountain trails for hiking and biking and terrain for rock climbing and off-roading.
Our home is located on the north side of the Big Bear Valley (the quiet side) only 6 minutes to the grocery stores and the lake and just 10 minutes to two of our ski resorts. No matter what time of year you plan to visit our 4-season paradise it will not disappoint! There is something for everyone in Big Bear!

Quiet, treed, easy access to the national forest, level access, four parking spaces, awesome neighbors, community market. A gas station and a post office within 2 minutes.

Coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. We have games, puzzles and a guitar you can use. Also available, depending on the season, a kayak, golf clubs, (2) mountain bikes, tennis rackets, pickle ball equipment, snow sleds and home gym equipment available for use.
We like to keep and maintain a clean house so we ask a $100USD cleaning fee.
We ask strictly NO SMOKING inside or outside of our home.
We love animals but due to a family member with allergies we do not allow them in our home.
Please show respect to our neighbors and limit outside noise after 9pm. No late parties, we love and respect our neighbors.
Please leave our home in the clean state you found it!
