Our Thai style wood home is situated 150 meters from the beach, nestled in the private community of Railei Beach Club that is right on the Andaman sea. If you look the other way, you are surrounded by incredible limestone cliffs covered in southern Thai jungle. We live close to nature in open style luxury. Our area is accessible only by boat, which is the best 15 minute "taxi" anywhere. Lots of activities - swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, rock climbing, cliff jumping, hiking, caving, sunbathing, and many more possibilities
The beautifully appointed main house of Baan Ling (meaning “Monkey House”) is surrounded by lush gardens and unobstructed views of the majestic limestone cliffs. You will find yourself living in the luxury of nature in a traditional Thai wooden home. Living in the tree tops and enjoying frequent sightings of the playful dusky langurs and exotic hornbills. You are surrounded by jungle sounds and within earshot of the sea just 100 metres stroll away.
Plus there is a guest wing that contains 2 separate bedrooms/bathroom, decks, wet bar.
All the main living areas are on the second level giving you a unique perspective. The master bedroom is a stand alone structure with a one of a kind outdoor shower allowing visitors to bathe in the natural beauty of the colorful cliff side and lush jungle. Top of the line furnishings and wrap around sofa make the spacious living room a comfortable place to relax.
Fully equipped western style kitchen with large fridge and freezer allows visitors to have meals prepared for them by the staff, or for the real cooking enthusiasts you will find all the necessary cooking utensils along with 4 top gas stove, electric oven and a small bbq gas grill.
Only 100 meters walk through the gardens to the famous Railay west beach on the Andaman Sea. Only 20 meters away from the limestone jungle cliffs surrounding our community property. 3 minute walking distance to many restaurants, shops and other entertainment.
Baan Ling provides generous open deck space for alfresco dining, sun lounging, wildlife watching and star gazing, while also providing plenty of covered outdoor living space to avoid mid day sun or rain showers. The main house can be rented alone, for 2 people who prefer more rentable space and luxurious jungle living. Or combine it with the 2 level guest wing, which is attached by an open air raised walkway amongst frangipani tree tops. The guest wing sleeps 2 to 4 more people. This option is perfect for families and friends who want to be together but still plenty of space to enjoy individual quiet time.
Railei Beach Club has an office onsite (open from 8am - 6pm (high season), 8am - 5pm (low season) and Baan Ling has daily light housekeeping, gardeners and security staff. These services are provided with the property to make your stay more comfortable and as per the community rules there is a charge of 250 baht per person per night which you can pay directly to the office. Once your booking has been confirmed with us we will put you in touch with the office. They can then assist in arranging your transport or any other information you may need.
