Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Our lovely quiet Countryside Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and nice Kitchen with an American sized Fridge and large Oven, dishwasher and open plan dining and living room with satellite TV, fireplace and glass sliding doors leading out to the verranda and garden. There is an apartment adjoined to the Villa with one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with washing machine and open plan living room with a futon. We have magnificent views from the large roof terrace of green hills and forest of Monchique. Outside there is a large dining table and chairs and a lot of garden furniture and hammock under a shaded area including sunbeds by the 8 x 6 metres pool. There is a kids sandpit, BBQ, table football and board games and beach and pool stuff. We have free Wifi.

Our Villa has parking for up to 4 cars. We are in a small village called Rasmalho on the N266 road from Portimao to Monchique. We have a Cepsa gasoline station a few minutes away and a cafe and a few restaurants. We are 15 minutes drive to the main bustling big town and its great beaches Portimao and 10 minutes drive to the tourist beach town of Alvor. 20 minutes drive to the old, mountain town Monchique and 15 minutes drive to the medieval old , river town with castle, Silves
Our Villa is only available in October 1 -19 2019 as all of May is booked now. We can take points from you. 200 points per night is what we ask to stay at our property. We may consider a swap. We rent out our Villa June - November so it is not available.
