Our beautiful four bedroom home is truly wonderful, a beautiful Victorian style house with a modern interior. Light, bright and airy with the added bonus of just a short walk to the beach. You will be staying in a quiet street which is in the best location in all of St.Kilda! Walk up the street for two minutes and you will find yourself on Acland Street with it's fabulous restaurants and bars. All of St.Kilda's icons are outside the front door - Luna Park, the Palais Theatre and the palm fringed Esplanade with the golden sand beyond - and they're all a reminder why this seaside playground has been popular for 150 years. Public transport into the CBD is less than a few minutes walk away. A tram takes 10 minutes into the city.
You'll be staying in our family home, four bedrooms, three with queen size beds and one with two singles. The house can sleep 8 people. The house is modern, two stories with a lovely courtyard to enjoy the sunshine and quiet. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay is included as well as laundry facilities. You won't even need to bring a beach towell as we supply them! Two bathrooms including one ensuite and two toilets. The house is perfect for families, large groups and corporate relocations, it's difficult to find a house of this size in the best location so enjoy! Please note we outsource cleaning to a management company which costs $250 per clean due to the size of the home. For all swaps including points this cleaning charge needs to be paid.
