Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Sant Feliu de Guíxols is a dynamic and calm city. In it you can rest and enjoy activities that you will find to suit your needs. The apartment is in the centre, in front of the Courts and the Music School. The dining room is facing the street and the rooms and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace. It is very spacious and has a large awning. An extra toilet completes the bathroom which has a big bathtub.
The street goes directly to the market and to the beach. It is in a short walkable distance.
We have parking space in the garage in the same building.
It is close to the shops and buildings of cultural interest such as the Monastery and the Espai Carmen Thyssen. There is a Sport and Swimmig pool centre nearby. Well communicated with Barcelona and Girona airports.
In case of exchange by points, 85€ will be charged per stay, to face cleaning fees.
Pets are not accepted.
The smokers are encouraged to be careful and do not smoke inside the apartment.
Some suggestions for Sant Feliu and other towns on the Costa Brava
A good idea is to approach the Monastery where the tourist office is located and there they can inform you about the places you can visit with the support of the leaflets they have.
Sant Feliu beach is perfect to go there in the morning and walk for a long time along by reaching the little boats.
Early in the morning, I've already stopped by Aroma to have a sandwich with a good latte. Stalls begin to set up in the square, the florist opens and regular customers exchange greetings. You can cross the most diverse people, from writers to tourists.
In the evening, a walk to Port Salvi is highly recommended, and even more so if you reach the Mirador de les Modistes, from where you can see Cala del Vigatà and, in the distance, Cala Salions near Tossa de Mar.
If we go north, the S'Agaró circular path welcomes us with its golden sunset light, when the heat is no longer oppressive, showing us the gardens of stately homes that at the beginning of the 20th century (1923) businessman Josep Encesa i Gubert bought the land on the promontory and built the first houses with the ingenuity of the noucentista architect Rafael Masó. At the end of the path, we arrive at the beach of Sa Conca which extends to the port of Platja d'Aro.
Bathing in Sa Conca is fantastic, especially at the ends. Two snack bars offer a highly recommended fresh fish menu. You need to reserve a table or go early.
Platja d’Aro is also home to El Parc dels Estanys, with a bird observatory and numerous sculptures by contemporary artists.
Palamós has an extraordinary Fishing Museum. Nearby, in the afternoon after the auction, we can buy fish at the market. Shrimps are very fresh! In this case, you need to be foresight and bring a thermal bag with ice to leave it in the car, while we take the coast path (camí de ronda) that goes from La Fosca to S'Alguer, a picture-postcard cove with the colorful fishermen's houses, built there several generations ago.
In Calella de Palafrugell we can stroll through its streets by the sea and also through the Jardins de Cap Roig, a pleasure for the senses, with postcard corners dotted with sculptures.

EL TINGLADO. This old warehouse in the port is a bar, restaurant and museum space at the same time. An old locomorive Inside you can admire an ancient train with its train car connect you with history. Unmissible!
SA MARINADA. Seafood. Nautic club
CAN KIKU. Daily menu.
LOCANDA DI NONA. Seafront. Good Italian food.
AMURA. Seafront. Italian food and pizzas.
XAICA. Near the harbor. Good paellas.
THE BOUGANVILIA. Pancakes
LA PANSA. Not very touristy. Local environment Recommended.
THE AROMA. Market square. Wide range of coffees, teas and sandwiches.

“I had a fantastic holiday in San Feliu de Guíxols. The apartment was in a superb location , convenient to the beach and the town. Montse communicated very well with us and was there on our arrival. The area was ideal for walking and swimming . There was a great choice of restaurants in the town and the priceing was excellent , we got really nice food and wine very reasonably.”

A long history of festive and cultural traditions at Sant Feliu de Guíxols is exemplified by the Porta Ferrada International Festival of Music, Theatre and Dance, held over the summer months and one of the oldest events on the Cataluña calendar.
Carnival, the 'Tavern Songs' festival, the Fiesta Mayor, the Ferias in September and the Virgen del Carmen Boat Procession are also spectacular local festivities not to be missed.
Sant Feliu de Guíxols is a town bustling with life all year round meaning there is never a shortage of cultural, sporting and other entertainments on offer outside the officially organized dates.
