Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We have renovated this house.
The house is on the first and second floor. the house is in a residence; at the ground floor we have an access area, a small garden where you can park. The entrance leads you to a wide terrace, ideal for having, dinner or a relaxing conversation. At the same floor there is a living room with kitchen, one sleeping room or studio and there will be a bathroom and the laundry. Upstairs there are two sleeping room (one with king size bed, the other one with two beds) and a bathroom. All the rooms are with air conditioning.
Within walking distance there are shops, ice cream shop, pizzeria, bar, pub, greengrocer, ready-to-eat fish shop.
the expanse of sandy beach - ideal and safe for children - is just a few steps from the house, the beaches are well equipped but it is also possible to find free beaches
The Po Delta Park envelops Comacchio with its woods and lagoons: just outside the town are the Comacchio Lagoons themselves, which can be visited by bike or boat; to the north, Valle Bertuzzi (10 km) offers splendid landscapes at dusk, while the woodlands at Mesola and Santa Giustina (20 km) are ideal for a cool evening walk among the green leaves after a day on the beach. in the area it is easy to spot numerous species of birds including herons and flamingos, near home The Aloha Asd School is located at the well-known Baia di Maui bathing establishment in Lido di Spina, the school offers Windsurfing Sup Catamaran Sailing courses with the possibility of renting equipment. The area is also very interesting for cycle tourism , the rental shop is nearby too.
Comacchio, the "little Venice", an enchanting lagoon town: it's neat and unfeigned, endowed with a vitality that comes from a strong respect for its own history and for the environment that surrounds it.
From lido di spina it is possible to visit Ravenna with its mosaics( 30 minutes), Venezia, Repubblica di San Marino, Padova , and obviously Ferrara.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Residential beach area only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, with shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, beach installations nearby. Trails for bike excursions in the nature nearby, bike rental is just few steps from home.Lido di Spina is the last of the 7 beaches south of Comacchio.
Its name derives from the ancient Etruscan city of Spina, today a renowned and popular seaside tourist resort on the Lidi di Comacchio, which boasts one of the longest and most spacious beaches on the coast.
South of Lido di Spina begins the Natural Reserve of Vene di Bellocchio, a site of high environmental diversity which includes a system of adjacent sand dunes, freshwater and brackish water wetlands, pine forests, scrublands and tamarisk woods and a rich wildlife.
In recent years, it has transformed into one of the main tourist attractions on the short Emilian coast, becoming a place to spend quiet hours in an environment suitable for families with children.
Lido di Spina is characterized by green, a natural color that predominates and makes the area very attractive for those who love photography and nature holidays. “Lago di Spina” is small, but also offers an attractive walk.
At the well-known Baia di Maui bathing establishment in Lido di Spina, a renown school offers Windsurfing Sup Catamaran Sailing courses with the possibility of renting equipment.
From Lido di Spina a beautiful cycling trail leads you to the Comacchio saline and the lagoon, where one of the most important Italian colonies of Pink Flamingo settled permanently. Several paths are available displaying one of the most stunning landscapes of the Po Delta Park: more than 5 kilometers on the edge of water, surrounded by the lagoons, herons and flamingos taking flight as you pass by.
Finally, the proximity to Romagna ensures that in Spina you eat great! Great products rigorously made in Romagna, local recipes and a combination of flavors and tastes, with some typical foods that you can’t absolutely miss, as Piadina Romagnola, meat sauce tagliatelle, fish skewers, not mentioning the queen of the Comacchio valley: the eel!
