Our home is a giant 4.5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with a pool, jacuzzi, trampoline, bocci ball area, movie room, extensive game room and karaoke/music room with stage. 10 can sleep easily but with couches and additional space, could easily get 14 to sleep here comfortably. Our home is situated in the exclusive Power Ranch neighborhood of Gilbert, AZ. In addition to our own large back yard pool and jacuzzi, we also have access to two community pools, several well maintained parks with basketball and volleyball courts and a beautiful lake to walk around in the evenings. 10 minutes from the main 202 freeway, we are easy to get to but we are on a small cul de sac with only one other house so we have a very private feel. 2 car garage, plus driveway parking for 6 more cars possible. We have 5 bikes and miles of park bike paths from the house. We are a non shedding pet friendly home. So, poodle mixes and other hair based animals welcome. The game room is incredible. We have bubble hockey, Air Hockey, ping pong, pop - a - shot, foosball, digital pinball machine with hundreds of tables and two multi-game arcade machines with many great modern games but also just about every single early 70's and 80's arcade game including all the Atari games available for hours of in home fun. Additionally, we have two malls within 10 minutes from the house, a local Top Golf, Main Event, Fat Cats, and Trampoline park for the whole family. Tons of beautiful Golf courses in the area with year round golfing! I can get free tickets to the local comedy club as well and we are about 30 minutes from the lake and river for boating and floating, (we also have a 6 person family floatie and car pump). We are about 45 minutes from the Phoenix airport. 40 minutes away from the Phoenix Suns, Coyote's and Cardinals stadiums and even closer to spring training baseball! There is a great ski hill called Snow Bowl that is a 3 hour drive away, great for day or weekend trips. If you are looking for a fun family or even young friends get away with lots to do at the house and in the local community and the amazing warmth of Arizona living, let us know.
