Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
This apartment is our city pad while we live 1.1/5 hours drive away.
The apartment is north facing, very warm in winter and cool in summer. It is spacious 105m2 plus balcony and has beautiful river and city views from all the rooms.
It is surrounded by good restaurants and cafe's. Walking into the city with the river on your left and dozens of restaurants and clubs on you right is vibrant and absolutely gorgeous.
A bus right outside our building and a tram just across the river will take you into the center of the city if you don't want to walk.
A very large DFO (Direct factory outlet) is just a stroll away.
There is also a ferry service to Williams town and also Portarlington on the Bellarine Peninsula which are beautiful day trip.
We are on the 4th. floor with a lift and our car space is on the same floor as the apartment.
We have 4 bicycles for you to use.

Yarra's Edge where we live is a lively residential precinct with many possibilities. Walking into the city along the Yarra river is gorgeous day and night. There are dozens of restaurants, cafe's, casino , shops, clubs, exhibition center, cinema, all within a few minutes walk. The art center and the city center is 15-20 min walk but there are trams and buses that run every 10 minutes.
