Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
This holiday haven is an easy 2.5 hours drive from Sydney. It is located close to the Kangaroo Valley village centre yet set back, quiet and enjoys some of the Valleys most stunning views.
The home is a cosy, character filled country cottage. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a second single bed with plenty of space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite with shower.
The main open plan living area has a comfortable lounge room with Netflix, books and boardgames, a wood burning fireplace, dining area and entry to a large deck area that has fly screens to enable you to sit late into the evening and enjoy the sunsets. There is an extremely well equiped country kitchen with large stainless steel benches, a full oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Airconditioning completes the comforts.
The garden displays mosaics creatively placed for your enjoyment, fabulous large marble table with shade cloth as well as fragrant plants, a BBQ and even a wood fire pizza oven! There is also another verandah with comfy cane couches perfect to enjoy a drink and watch the sun set.
Please note for Guest Point Exchanges we have a cleaning fee of $200 (actual price, no profit taken).
This is a holiday home so often available. Please enquire as the calendar is not always up to date.
Last minute stays very welcome.
PLEASE no smoking in the home but this should be no problem as there are two separate covered patios, as well as a garden with seating. Also no pets.

Kangaroo Valley is known as the most beautiful Valley in Australia. We are a short walk to our local vibey village shops. There are also local National Parks, other villages with quaint shops and wineries around. It is also part of the greater Shoalhaven area so about an hour from some truely spectacular beaches- many of which are set in National Parks.

Please message us for any dates as the home is a holiday house and often free but we aren’t good about updating the calendar.
There is a $200 cleaning fee as unfortunately we are not around to tidy up after guests. This is for cleaning as well as all linen and towels etc.
