A Casa A Mar, "House by the Sea", is a house to linger and enjoy. The house is for people who appreciate the beautiful things in life. Its special location overlooking the valley and the Sea offers one the opportunity to simply relax and enjoy the unique views. This home consists of open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge surrounded by shutter doors and a wraparound patio. The patio has a large dining area, a lounge area and a breakfast area offering various al fresco dining options. There is a gas BBQ and a built-in fire BBQ. Three bedrooms are on the lower level. First bedroom has en-suite bathroom and river valley and sea views. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is upstairs and has amazing views over the Valley and Sea. All rooms are lovingly designed and equipped to a high standard with an air conditioner in each. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 8 persons. . It is only a 12 min walk to the beach. The garden has a swimming pool and a large pool room with a dining area and a separate drinks fridge, ice machine, a toilet and cold shower.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge and various cooking appliances.
The house has undercover parking and a garage for guests use.

Pennington is a tranquil little South Coast village, fifteen kilometres to the south of Scottburgh, blessed with gorgeous beaches that back up against a coastal forest. It has superb beaches, excellent golf courses, natural wild life and sub tropical weather all year round which make it the perfect holiday destination. The town is set on a hillside looking down onto the Warm Indian Ocean where you can swim all year round.
During the Winter months visitors can enjoy watching the Whales and dolphins that eagerly follow

The house is professionally managed and there is a compulsory fee of R1000 (US$50 or EU48). This fee covers preparation for arrival, meet and greet, any assistance needed during your stay and cleaning at the end of the stay, including the laundry of the linen. A optional daily maid is available at R250 per day if required.
The gardens are managed twice a week and during this time the gardener will be on site. The pool is serviced weekly by a pool company.
